The Bagel Crunch™ Story
We didn’t mean to start a condiment company. We were just trying to make breakfast more fun.
It started at Bagel Miller, our little bagel shop in Chicago. We made a spicy, savory chili crunch using classic bagel seasonings—garlic, sesame, onion—and spooned it over eggs, toast, sandwiches… anything we could get our hands on. Then customers started asking for jars. Then they started coming back for more.
Now it’s called Bagel Crunch™.
It’s crispy, craveable, and dangerously easy to eat straight from the spoon. We make it in small batches with good ingredients and zero chill.
